The MY-CHEM story started with it’s foundation in the south of Hamburg in the year 2000. The company has been growing ever since due to continuous service improvements as well as the loyalty of it’s business partners.
2023
Herbert Peters joins the company as „Director Business Development International“ and is in charge for the developement of the maleic anhydride molten business.
2016
Indorama Ventures Química S.L.U., Spain assigns marketing and distribution of Purified Terephthalic Acid and Purified Isophthalic Acid for Skandinavia and Poland to MY-CHEM.
2013
CEPSA Quimica S.A., Spain assigns marketing and distribution of Purified Terephthalic Acid (PTA) and Purified Isophthalic Acid (PIA) for the region of D–A–CH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) to MY-CHEM.
2010
MY-CHEM GmbH celebrates 10th anniversary.
MY-CHEM GmbH assumes distribution for Paraformaldehyde for the Spanish producer Ercros for the D-A-CH region and Poland.
2009
Thilo Rost joins the MY-CHEM GmbH team as further Managing Director.
Sasol-Huntsman GmbH & Co. KG, Moers, assigns marketing and distribution of the division producing maleic anhydride in the form of pastilles for the Polish market to MY-CHEM GmbH.
2008
MY-CHEM GmbH assumes distribution for Mono-Pentaerythritol and Di-Pentaerythritol for the Spanish producer Ercros on the German market.
Transition from MY-CHEM Gmbh + Co. KG to My-Chem GmbH.
2005
Certification according to DIN/EN ISO 9001:2000 by DEKRA Intertek Certification GmbH, Stuttgart.
2004
We move into our new offices at Innungsstraße 11, 21244 Buchholz.
2003
MY-CHEM GmbH & Co. KG is awarded the trade award from the Business Start-Up Awards by the business promotion corporation in the administrative district Harburg (WLH).
Sasol-Huntsman GmbH & Co. KG, Moers, assigns distribution of the division producing maleic anhydride in the form of pastilles to MY-CHEM GmbH & Co. KG.
2002
MY-CHEM GmbH Co. & KG assumes distribution of phthalic anhydride for BASF AG, Ludwigshafen.
2001
CTL OHG set up. CTL offers logistical consultation and acts as a consultant in Supply Chain.
We move to our new offices at Kirchenstraße 10a in Buchholz.
